We hope you love the items you purchase from Mary Louise! But if something does not work, we understand. We offer exchanges and store credit on qualifying purchases.
Return Policy We accept returns for exchange within 14 calendar days from the date your order was delivered. After 14 calendar days, returns will not be accepted.
Final Sale Items All swimwear, hats, jewelry, and sunglasses are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. No exceptions. Additional final sale items will be clearly marked on the site.
If an item is damaged or if an incorrect item is received, please email us at alison@mlhomeandstyle.com. Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving the merchandise or it cannot be returned.
Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or any other stains will be shipped back to you — additional return shipping costs will apply.
All returns must be mailed back at the customer's expense, including local orders. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. Mary Louise Home & Style is not responsible for lost return packages.
Store credit will be issued within 24–48 hours of receiving your return. You will receive an email confirmation when the credit has been applied.
Exchanges The new item requested will ship once your return is processed. Please note, exchange items are not guaranteed to be in stock at the time your return is received. If we cannot fulfill the request, store credit will be issued.
